Monthly membership for adults is $90 A patient is considered an adult if living outside of parent's home and is not covered under parent's present insurance plan

Kids are $10 per month when at least one adult/parent has joined as an adult member. Generally this fee will continue until the patient is 22 or living independently.

We have a monthly membership/contract agreement and the fee will be deducted from your debit or credit card account once a month. You can pay for one year in advance and get one month free. Enroll ANYTIME.
